Tier 1: Guidance Package
Guidance and professional insight without direct school involvement

Access to Monthly Office Hours by appointment (1 hour per month)

Tier 2: Preparation Package
Structured preparation and limited advocacy support
Includes:

Initial consultation and planning session

Up to 3 hours of consultation, document review, and meeting preparation

Tier 3: Full Advocacy Package
Comprehensive advocacy and support for your child’s IEP, SST, and 504 meetings across the membership year
Includes:

Comprehensive initial consultation

Up to 5 hours of professional support (consultation, document review, and meeting preparation)

Preparation of detailed written input for up to two (2) meetings

Attendance at up to two (2) IEP, SST, or 504 meetings per membership year

Ongoing email communication with school teams

Consultative support related to discipline, expulsion, or due process matters

Access to Monthly Office Hours (1 hour session per month)

Important Note:
Most students require one Annual IEP meeting per year. Inclusion of two meetings allows flexibility if an additional meeting is required. Meetings beyond those included are billed separately at $500 per meeting.
